Fruit juice has the ability to boost our body and mind. That’s why many people tend to add fruit juice for breakfast. There is no doubt that papaya juice mainly plays the main role on your breakfast table; especially women love papaya because this fruit is the leading partner in their health and beauty.

So, how do you feel about the morning without fresh juice? You may think it is impossible because I always prepare and have my fruit juice.

But if your juicer is broken, what will you do? Simply, if you go or stay at a place that does not have a juicer, what happens to your favorite part of your breakfast?

Did you hear a statement that nothing is impossible? Yes, you do not have to sacrifice your juice; you just have to be creative and change the technique. That’s why you should need to know how you can juice papaya without a juicer!

First of all, let’s see what ingredients you need to prepare delicious papaya juice.

  • Ripe papaya – about 2 cups peeled and cubed
  • Sugar or honey – 1 tablespoon or to your taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon or to your taste
  • Coldwater as you needed

METHOD 1: BLEND AND STRAIN

When you see the topic, you surely search for a blender. The blender can squeeze out the juice, and you have to remove the pulp through a separate compartment. Do not worry; it is easy.

You can use below blender type to prepare your juice. They will work great by preparing a great juice!

  • Oster 3-in-1 Blender
  • Hamilton Beach 58148A Blender
  • Ninja BL660 Professional Compact Smoothie & Food Processing Blender
  • Ninja BL610 Professional 72 Oz Countertop Blender

STEP 1: PREPARATION

Now you have already peeled and cubed the papaya. This is time to clean other equipment properly. However, it is better to chunk papaya cuts small enough to handle the blender.

STEP 2: BLEND

First, put chopped papaya cuts into a blender cup. Then add sugar or honey. This is time to add lemon juice to the blender cup.

However, if you use an immersion blender, you have to find another high-walled bowl to place the ingredients in for blending.

Then add some water and blend the papaya until smooth. Plus, you can add water to get to your desired consistency from time to time.

STEP 3: STRAIN

As I mentioned above, now you already have a fine-mesh strainer and a bowl. Put the strainer over the bowl and pour the blended papaya mixture onto it. Then press the mixture with a spatula to fast the process of extracting the juice.

However, give some time to encourage more juice to drip. Anyhow, if you love to enjoy pulpy juice, it is better to press the mixture with the spatula one more time.

So, now you can enjoy your papaya juice after pouring it into a glass. But wait! Before it, you have another simple task.

STEP 4: CLEAN

I think it is a good habit to finish your work perfectly. That’s why I put cleaning as a step. Simply rinse and clean the blender and other tools before placing them in their spots.

METHOD 2: PREPARE PAPAYA JUICE USING CHEESECLOTH

Another trick to make papaya juice without a juice is a cheesecloth trick. Just only you will need greater cheesecloth and a bowl.

Here, I recommend the best cheesecloth to prepare papaya juice. So, pick one from them!

  • Cheesecloth, Grade 90, 36 Sq Feet, Reusable, 100% Unbleached Cotton Fabric, Ultra Fine Cheesecloth
  • Arkwright LLC Bleached Weave Grade 50 Cheesecloth
  • Olicity Cheesecloth
  • Cotton Farm Hemmed Cheesecloth

STEP 1: PREPARATION

Like the above method, the first step is preparation. Now you may have papaya cuts. Here it does not need to cut tiny pieces but cut and then clean the equipment.

STEP 2: GREAT PAPAYAS

Here you can great. But I think if you take well-ripened papaya, it does not need to be great. Just chopped the papaya cuts well.

STEP 3: SQUEEZE THE PAPAYA PULP

After finishing making the papaya pulp, it is time to squeeze it. Place the papaya pulp inside the pieces of cheesecloth and squeeze the pulp while straining the juice into the bowl.

Here, the important thing is that you should squeeze the pulp tightly to get the maximum amount of juice in the papaya pulp.

METHOD 3: PITCHER MASHING

Generally, this method is suitable if you cannot follow the above methods. Because this method will be super effective for fruits of the citrus family.

But it does not mean that this is not matching to papaya. You can follow this, but the amount of papaya juice yielded will be smaller than other techniques.

However, except for papaya, lemon, and sugar, you need the below tools.

  • Pitcher

These are the best products available on the market. If you don’t have one, buy them online.

60 Ounces Glass Pitcher

Takeya Airtight Pitcher

Amazing Abby – Bubbly – Acrylic Pitcher

SUSTEAS 2.0 Liter 68oz Glass Pitcher with Lid

  • Bowl
  • Mashing utensils like a potato masher

Potato Ricer, Haolide Large 14.5oz Stainless Steel Potato Masher

Millvado Potato Masher Stainless Steel

Zyliss Potato Masher

STEP 1: PREPARE PAPAYAS

Prepare your papayas by cleaning, peeling, and chopping.

STEP 2: MASH

You can place the papaya in the pitcher and then press with your machine tool. Here I suggest pressing aggressively.

It will cause to increase in the amount of papaya juice. However, keep pressing until papaya no more juice is produced.

After finishing, you press all papayas, and you can remove the juice. Carefully pour the juice into a bowl or another pitcher.

Then add sugar or honey and lemon juice into the papaya juice and mix well. So now you can enjoy your papaya juice.

STEP 3: CLEAN

Cleaning time has come. First, you must clean the pitcher. It is better to use cool water to clean the pitcher with a dishwashing liquid to remove the remnants.
